I’m Jolene Williams-Pears, founder of Outstanding Compliance.
With almost 20 years of experience in healthcare – from working hands-on as a frontline practitioner to supporting clinics as a compliance consultant – I’ve seen first-hand how crucial strong governance and patient safety are.

I set up Outstanding Compliance to share my knowledge and passion for all things compliance with professionals in the aesthetics industry. Compliance can often feel complicated or overwhelming, but I believe it doesn’t have to be.
My approach is clear, practical, and supportive, helping you feel confident and safe in the care you provide.

At OC, I work closely with both regulated and non-regulated aesthetic clinics, guiding them through the often-grey world of CQC compliance. Whether it’s aligning your clinic with professional standards, preparing for inspections, or building a culture of safety, my goal is to make compliance not just a tick-box exercise, but a meaningful part of your practice.
